The paper conludes to potential for big impact using different setting SDU/TDU. But when I strickly stick to the paper findings, all combinations SDU/TDU fall in the range of 3% (with the negative exception when the SDU is set small, to 1K). The conclusion should rather be that it is not worth playing with SDU/TDU and that's what I was used to hear about Net8 tuning.

Anyway, Nice re-reading this, for I am quite confident I already read it somewhere in the past and forget this for there is little to eat there.

Um, so what?!

They are good papers worth reading - and I'm sure not everyone of the readers knows about them (or remembers about them).

There's so much crap out there in internet so if you find anything valuable its worth noting, even if some other people already know about it...
